The Backstory

A San Diego girl now rooted in Chicago wanted to bring California vibes to her new-build home. Soothing colors of the sea and sand make the house feel coastal, while clean lines and organic finishes help with the relaxed, easy living feeling. A white kitchen with curved white oak island and plaster hood are classic and airy. The moody powder room and butler’s pantry balance the light and bright home.

We partnered with the builder and client to bring every detail to life! From architectural drawings, to millwork design, lighting, plumbing, tile, furnishings and more we touched every aspect of this project to exceed client expectations.
