If you blinked, you missed it. The year 2022 seemed to pass by in a flash, and it feels like we went straight from summer into year-end reflection. We’re getting a little misty-eyed contemplating everything the last 12 months have brought to us. This was one of Centered by Design’s biggest years yet, with a new look, studio, projects, clients and offerings keeping us on our toes and giving us something to wake up and get excited about every single day. There have been many ups and downs along the way, but we couldn’t be more thankful for them all. A look back at some of our favorite moments of the year:

Grand Opening Party at Our New Studio

The icing on the cake for Centered by Design’s major rebranding mid-year was getting to reveal our new look and celebrate with our families, friends and clients at our new studio in Lincoln Park. This space was the culmination of our dream to have a studio for the entire team (which has also grown!) that serves as a beautiful place to work and helps demonstrate our vintage-meets-modern style and custom cabinetry. Kicking Off the Henry House Restoration

A second-time client is embarking on a gut renovation of a beautiful, late 18^th-century/early 19^th-century home, and we are thrilled to be part of the process. The limestone-façade home in Lincoln Park feels a little bit Parisian and has an uncommon layout for Chicago. (Peek into the house pre-renovation here!) We can’t wait to build upon its great bones, especially the front parlor and Juliet balcony doors, with the help of a great architect. Launching New Services

As if a rebranding and new studio weren’t enough, Centered by Design is also expanding its services to continue to serve our clients better! We’re thrilled to announce that in the new year, we will be offering virtual design services! Our consultation packages include three 1-hour planning calls with one of our design consultants, a design recommendations report, a presentation deck with design boards and a detailed budget, a list of industry referrals and more. We’ll also be offering a special virtual design service exclusively for kitchen design.
