Keep scrolling if motherhood and business aren’t your thing right now ☺️ they’ve been my LIFE for the past 5+ years! And we’re taking a little trip down memory lane…

Willa turns 5 this week! My silly, funny, sweet, caring and empathetic negotiator. She wants to be a painter or designer, loves a great wallpaper and is kitties obsessed. Being her mom is really so much fun!

CBD and Willa are very linked, because I intentionally took time off and reduced my client load significantly when she was born. I had no staff and I was afraid good clients would never come again, or that I’d never be able to juggle it all well. I worried that being a mom would make me less powerful or less productive or less creative (insert ALL the fears here).

Looking back NOW, becoming a mom has made me more fearless, more forgiving, more focused and the list goes on. It’s not always sunny, but it sure is amazing.

Happy BIRTH day to me and birthday to my Willa girl. I love you so much it hurts. ❤️

Styling Tips:

Create a reference guide of imagery to help you style and make a plan in advance. Save this post, and use these photos to help with balance, size of objects, colors and textures. I save imagery all the time & have a folder, which I reference for photoshoot styling so I know the exact direction or look I’m trying to achieve.
