A complete overhaul of the second floor of a Chicago northside bungalow, which at one time was a separate apartment for the home. The design challenge involved reimagining uses for the relatively open floor plan and creating a cohesive, family-friendly upstairs including a master bedroom, bathroom, lounge and nursery. This project involved custom carpentry, millwork, window treatment fabrication and art sourcing. The nursery makeover was featured on CLEVER, Architectural Digest’s new smaller spaces site.
